royalfryingpain
Canon: Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
Point in Canon: Inheritance Arc, before the ring breaks
Age: 19 (+100-something dead years)
Birthday: June 25
Appearance: Too lazy to type description
Abilities: Lampo has a 'weapon' called Lampo's Shield, which looks like a wok with very powerful defense capabilities. It can also shoot numerous lightning bolts which are actually Lampo's lightning-type flames. These bolts are said to be strong and thin, and can pierce his enemies like arrows. Other than that he's not really good at much else, besides maybe finding the best (and comfiest!) hiding places.
Personality: In a nutshell, Lampo is cowardly, lazy and spoiled-rotten. Not only will he refuse to do things, he'll actually find ways to avoid doing things or at least making them a lot easier. He likes resting the best and can usually be found sleeping or just slumped in his chair or even rolling on the floor. G often shouts and hits him for this, but no amount of beating from the man can beat the laziness out of the teenager. He hates responsibilities and doesn't even find this to be a character flaw. In fact, he once stated that others should be glad that he is how he is.
Lampo is a huge coward who dislikes fighting. He's known as the 'Lightning with hidden ferocity' and if he gets serious he can hold himself well in a fight, but tries to avoid it anyway. More than not wanting to hurt other people, Lampo doesn't want to get himself hurt. He doesn't like dangerous situations and finds a lot of things 'scary'. Despite this however, he doesn't seem to be afraid of goading certain people and lazily enjoying their anger--as long as they don't hit him. When things get physical and violent, Lampo immediately turns into a crybaby and runs away (or waits for Ugetsu to come rescue him).
Although Lampo is a coward and knows this, he thinks very highly of himself. He is awesome and often refers to himself as 'ore-sama'. Because he is the son of a lord, he expects other people to respect him even if he hasn't done anything to gain that respect. They see him, he's a lord and therefore they should give him the best treatment. It should be that simple.
Even though he acts like a kid himself sometimes, Lampo has stated that he really hates children, especially the snot-nosed troublesome kind.
Possibly, Lampo's only redeeming quality is his loyalty. He is fiercely devoted to his boss, Giotto, and can never say no to him, to any of his requests. He might grumble for a bit, but in the end he always gives in. Giotto is the only one who can make him budge on his laziest days, and make him fight even though he'll be risking his life. The man, simply put, brings out the best in the spoiled teenager.
Strengths:Is this a trick question? /sob Lampo is loyal (to Vongola), dependable when in a pinch (sort of...) and an all-around fun guy to have around (or so he thinks). Although he's easy to scare or upset, his laid back nature allows him to bounce back quicker than most people.
Weaknesses: Lampo is lazy and a coward, and is shameless about being a lazy coward. Practically growing up in the Vongola assured that he's not as capricious or self-serving as most aristocrats, but he thinks highly of himself nonetheless and will not hesitate to demand the things he wants. In simpler terms, he's whiny. Most people will find him to be an overgrown brat. Also, like the rest of PrimoGen who come from a century ago, he'll have some trouble dealing with any surrounding technology.
History: Lampo was the first-generation Lightning Guardian of the Vongola family. Not much is known about him, not even how he met Giotto, his famiglia's boss. The only thing revealed of his 'history' was that he was the son of a lord and seemed to have had a very high rank in society. He was also very cowardly. Despite this, Giotto accepted him into his family and made him fight in battle.
At some point in time, the First Vongola Mist Guardian, Daemon Spade, betrayed their Famiglia. While the traitor thought he'd tricked the family into believing he was helping an allied family and sending them to their deaths, Lampo and the other guardians came to their rescue instead. It had been shown that he was very reluctant to go however.

Notes: See above for headcanon link. Also, at times, I might replace the 'ne/mnyeh' sounds he makes at the end of his sentences with 'you know', just because 'ne/mneyh' is too cute for some situations. And he's Italian but uses ore-sama--it's hard to translate this phrase'the lord me' sounds retarded.
